For years I've been haunted by that line from Woody Allen's Another Woman (which along with Interiors is one of my absolute favourite of all his films).
"Is a memory something you have or something you've lost?" It's a question that has permeated almost all of my recent work on some level. The answer continues to elude me.
Untitled (self portrait) is on exhibit at the Yukon Arts Centre this summer as part of the YAS group show Roots. It's displayed as a transparency mounted in a light box.
